Cancellation & Refund Policy

​Please review our terms and conditions regarding event bookings, parking, and scheduling with DJ Yanky.

​1. General Terms & Pricing

  • ​DJ service fees are determined based on the event location, duration, setup requirements, and total expected attendance.

  • ​Bookings cannot be canceled once confirmed, except under the terms outlined below.

​2. Booking Fee & Deposit

  • ​A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

  • ​This booking fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or date change request.

​3. Schedule Changes & Overtime

  • ​Time Changes: While we will do our best to accommodate requests to adjust event timings, changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • ​Overtime Rates: If an event runs past the agreed booking time, additional charges will apply. Overtime is billed at $60 per 15-minute period (e.g., running 15 minutes over a 4-hour booking will incur a $60 fee).

​4. Parking & Access Requirements

  • ​Clients must provide suitable parking and site access for loading and unloading DJ equipment.

  • ​If free parking is unavailable or restricted at the venue (across NSW), the client is responsible for covering all parking costs.
